Yoga is the greatest gift we can give to our children in their early years, when they are learning who they are, exploring their emotions and environments and starting to build their character, independance and awareness to feel more calm, confident and connected with themselves, each other and the world around them
Over the past 7 years of teaching and sharing nature based yoga and mindfulness with kids and their caregivers, I have witnessed huge transformations and seen so many children embrace these slower, more mindful and more connected practices and go on to live with more self awareness, kindness, compassion and ability to understand and support their own wellbeing
